A flexible night in old Hangtown can be as welcoming or as investigative as you want it to be. Start with the public storytelling walk, then choose a cemetery experience on a separate ticket when you are ready for equipment and a smaller group.
Echoes of the Past
Thursday and Friday, 6–7:30 PM. Meet at Placerville Public House, 305 Main Street; finish near the Cary House Hotel, 300 Main Street. This 90-minute walk is built around history, local lore, and reported experiences. Tickets are typically $15 for kids and teens 17 and under, $20 for locals, seniors, and veterans, and $25 general admission, with taxes and fees included. Capacity is 16 guests.
