Placerville Ghost Tour
Our Placerville Ghost is something special. We get to go into 5 different businesses during the tour, use EMF detectors to see if spirits are around, and learn about the amazing history and stories of Placerville!
Before Placerville, the small frontier town was known as, “Hangtown Town”, and miners law reigned. Fortunes were won and lost, illness took many and so did violence. These buildings have a few of those poor souls that wonder the halls. Some are looking to find a way out, others are simply living their lives the best they can.

There’s quite a few interesting tales, sightings, real encounters and unexplained paranormal activity.
Every wondered how Folsom got it’s name, or why is what built? How the Folsom prison was built on donated land by a local family, and how the Powerhouse set a world record in 1895.
