In Tier 01, you and your friends become the lead investigators of your own private ghost hunt—using professional equipment, guided by your Moonlight Tours host. On the second night, a professional photographer joins your investigation to capture high-quality photos as your group leads the hunt.
Choose the Victorian character of the Historic Cary House Hotel in Placerville or the Gold Rush spirit of the Georgetown Hotel & Saloon in Georgetown; both bring their own history and atmosphere to your investigation. Made for the friend who gathers a close circle for a milestone, a lifelong paranormal dream, or a weekend they’ll talk about for years. Up to six guests share the clues, suspense, and story.

DAY TWO · EXPLORE & INVESTIGATE
Explore Gold Country by day, then return after dark for your private investigation. You and your friends take the lead as the mystery unfolds.
DAY THREE · DEBRIEF & TAKE IT HOME
Share a final debrief, then head home with the weekend’s story still unfolding.
